Delegate Daily privacy notice
This notice explains information handling on delegatedaily.com. The site is operated by

Loading the website
Cloudflare provides the website's hosting and delivery infrastructure. Requests to load pages and files necessarily reach that infrastructure with information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser request headers. Hosting and security systems may process request and diagnostic information to deliver the site, investigate problems and protect the service.
Declining Google Analytics does not stop the requests needed to load the website or remove Cloudflare from its delivery path.
Cloudflare measurement is separate from Google Analytics
Live pages include a Cloudflare Web Analytics performance beacon added through the hosting service. It is separate from our Google Analytics consent control and is not switched off by choosing Reject analytics. Cloudflare describes its Web Analytics service as measuring visits and page performance without tracking individuals across customer websites.
The tool routes have a stricter security policy intended to prevent third-party scripts and outgoing data connections. Cloudflare may still insert its beacon into the delivered HTML. This is not a promise that a tool visit is invisible to the host, or that all browsers and extensions behave identically.
See Cloudflare's explanation of Web Analytics data collection and its privacy policy for the provider's information handling.
Optional Google Analytics
On ordinary publication pages, Google Analytics loads only after an accepted analytics choice has been made in that browser. If there is no saved choice, the site offers Accept analytics and Reject analytics. Rejecting leaves the Google loader off. You can still use the guides and tools.
If you accept, Google receives usage information, which can include page URLs and titles, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location and interaction events. Analytics cookies identify a browser for measurement; they do not give us your name. Network requests also expose connection information to Google. Do not put personal or confidential information in page URLs or search queries.
The site's Google tag disables Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals, and sets advertising consent to denied. This is an analytics choice, not agreement to personalised advertising.
The delegation planner and VA cost calculator do not start Google Analytics, even when you have accepted it for the rest of the site. Google cookies created on another page may still exist in your browser on a tool page; their presence does not mean the tool is sending its entries to Google.
Changing your choice and clearing storage
Choose Analytics preferences in the footer to reopen the controls. On a normal publication page where Google has loaded, choosing Reject analytics saves the rejection, attempts to delete the site's accessible Google Analytics cookies, and reloads the page with Google disabled. Changing your choice does not recall information already sent.
The preference control on a tool page changes the choice for the other pages but does not itself remove previously created Google cookies. To remove those cookies as well, use your browser's site-data controls. Browser restrictions can also affect what scripts are able to delete.
- Analytics choice: the localStorage key
dd-analytics-consent-v1stores accepted or rejected on your device. The site code sets no automatic expiry. It lasts until changed or cleared, subject to browser behaviour. - Google cookies: after acceptance, cookies with names such as
_gaand_ga_EGMQLWJYCRmay be set. Their lifetime depends on Google's settings and your browser. We do not state a fixed lifetime or account-level retention period here because those settings are not specified in the website code.
If browser storage is blocked, your choice may not persist. Clearing all site data removes the saved choice and may cause the prompt to return. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Data entered into the browser tools
The delegation planner and VA cost calculator perform their calculations in your browser. The current tool code does not send task names, notes, quotes, rates or calculation results to a server, and does not save those entries in localStorage, cookies or an online account.
Tool entries are held in the current page. Use the clear control to remove them from that page. Leaving or reloading normally loses the entries, although your browser may restore page or form state. Do not treat closing a tab as secure erasure on a shared device.
Text and CSV exports are created in the browser and downloaded to your device. Printing uses your browser and chosen printer or PDF destination. Downloaded files, browser backups, extensions, synchronisation and anything you choose to share are outside the tool's control. The tool's clear control does not delete exported files.
Do not enter passwords, payment-card details or confidential personal records. A generic task name and made-up figures are sufficient for trying the tools. The analytics preference stored on your device is separate from your tool entries.
Search, email and outside links
Site search uses a locally loaded search index, but a search query may appear in the page URL and browser history. Page URLs can be visible to the host and, when accepted, analytics. Do not use search as a private place to enter client information.
Contact links open your email application rather than sending a website form. If you email us, the shared business inbox receives your address, message and any attachments, plus information supplied by email systems. We use that correspondence to handle your enquiry, resolve issues and keep relevant business records. Email providers and authorised people handling the inbox can process it. Sending a support email does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.
Other sites have their own privacy practices. Following an external link or sending an email moves you into those services. Only send information needed for the enquiry, and remove private details from screenshots.
Retention, location and your requests
We have not set out a single fixed retention period for every kind of information: browser storage, email records and service-provider data have different controls. You can clear device storage yourself. For correspondence held by us, ask about access, correction or deletion using the contact address above. Some information may need to be kept to handle an unresolved issue or a legal obligation; where that limits a request, we will explain the relevant reason.
The operator is based in the UAE, and Cloudflare, Google and email services may process information in other countries. This notice does not assert that all information stays in your country or specify an unverified international-transfer arrangement.
Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or complain to a data-protection authority. You can withdraw the optional analytics choice as explained above. We may need proportionate information to verify and understand a request; please do not send identity documents in your first message.
Changes to this notice
The date above identifies this version. If the site adds forms, saved tool accounts, new tracking or other material information handling, this notice should be updated to describe that change. Contact us if the behaviour you observe does not match it.
