The assistant checks appointment requests in a dedicated booking inbox during agreed coverage. They offer times that meet the written availability rules and record confirmed appointments in the business calendar. They refer requests outside the published service or scheduling rules to the owner. They cannot offer discounts, change service scope, delete bookings in bulk or change account recovery settings. A suitable trial uses sample messages, an example calendar and written booking rules. One message contains an ambiguous time zone. A good result either confirms the correct available time from sufficient evidence or explains precisely which detail must be clarified before booking.
